Can I cancel or get a refund after placing an order?

All sales are final. Please review your order carefully before confirming.

Is there a delivery fee for catering orders?

Yes. All catering orders are subject to a $25 delivery fee

When will catering equipment be picked up?

Our team will pick up any catering equipment within 24 hours post-event.

Are catering prices fixed?

Prices are subject to change without notice. Quotes are confirmed at the time of booking.

How is delivery information handled?

Delivery is available by schedule only. If your billing and delivery addresses differ, we’ll collect the delivery details twice to ensure accuracy.
